Movie Opener Brainstorming & Research

 Rise- Film Opening- the first thing I noticed when watching this video was something I really liked it was when he put on his headphones and the music he was listening to was then the music the audience was listening to. I also liked the fact that he put all his stuff down and it gave a close up of each item in my opinion this created suspense and I felt like something was going to happen. The time when 2 different songs are both playing at the same time is also something I observed. I also personally liked the transition from the soccer ball to the other dude. When he takes his headphones off the music stops and I liked that. At the end of the film I liked the real close ups of each of the actors faces it made me feel like I needed to watch whatever was going to come after. Evaluating Peer Reviews

 Summary- From the 9 peer reviews I received most of the key criticisms was the overly loud music at the beginning and end as well as adding more transitions and cuts and using more effects. While I was reading them I would go back and play the video and I had to agree with the loud music I plan to lower the volume. What specific elements of the film opening did you like? Was there anything that left you confused? (be specific) What suggestions do you have for changes? I like that the plot was very clear N/A I suggest that you shorten the jump-roping and boxing clips, I felt that they were a little too long. Maybe add one or two other exercises.
